We now have the new plans and the city permit.  We are ready to go.  Demolition will begin this week and I'm hoping for a 14 week finish date.  I have kitchen plans being drawn now and so many ideas

I had many dead trees that didn't make it through last summers drought.  Three pine trees were over 100 feet tall and some others that had been neglected for years that had to come out.

Peter and I have been working on the new drawings, trying to figure out how to enlarge the master bath and closet to today's standards.  I'm getting bids from subcontractors and hope to apply for the building permit soon!
