Energy Efficient
I made this home as energy efficient as possible. Five major changes to help keep utilities as low as possible. From windows, insulation, roof to HVAC, all have been replaced: 1. The new windows are double paned giving 1/2" of LowE insulated glass on
Finishes and Fixtures
Now for the really fun stuff. Most all the fixtures that were ordered have arrived and it's time to install all the new lighting, plumbing fixtures, hardware and trims. This is when it really all starts coming together. I've chosen

After stripping the house down to studs and seeing it in its bare condition, it's nice to see it all coming together: framing, insulation, sheet rocking and now PAINT!!! Considering that the design of this house warrants clean classic colors
Cabinets Galore
The cabinets have arrived! A Canadian company custom made the walnut laminated cabinets for the kitchen and the bathrooms. We designed the cabinets in an arrangement that was similar to the original ones with lots of storage. The counter tops

I have a great guy to refinish the wood floors and I've found a company to restore the brick floors as well. All the living areas have the original brick floors that need to be stripped, prepped, stained and sealed.
