New Siding and Paint

Go Gutter…Gone!
Well, I didn't like the gutters on a flat-roofed house so I removed them. I will install a sprinkler system to help keep the soil stabilized and I will seal the brick, once it's power washed, to help shed water.

Tree Removal
I had many dead trees that didn't make it through last summers drought. Three pine trees were over 100 feet tall and some others that had been neglected for years that had to come out.
Getting Started!
Peter and I have been working on the new drawings, trying to figure out how to enlarge the master bath and closet to today's standards. I'm getting bids from subcontractors and hope to apply for the building permit soon!
