Work under way!

Work has been under way for the last month at my new project at the Willowick Tower located at 2200 Willowick Rd, in River Oaks. I’m especially excited to renovate this unit because this is an iconic landmark for mid century modern construction in Houston. Often times when I’m coming in, I get to meet residents that have been living there for over 30 years and they all love their building. It’s a great friendly community.

The 15-story building has under gone a major renovation of over 9 million dollars. New pool area, new gardens, new outdoor grilling area and new parking garage.

The 2,050 sq ft. unit is being completed reconfigured. It will have 2 bed + study, 2 1/2 baths, open modern kitchen, large pantry with wine fridge, open living and dining with a fireplace! Floor to ceiling windows that lead to a 500 sq ft terrace.  Amazing views of Downtown and the Galleria!
