Solid House!
This “Century Built Home” has had some good progress lately. It’s been a busy summer as I took a few weeks off to do some traveling and another project. In addition, I decided to make more updates than originally expected and the changes are well worth it, it’s such a great home! We’ll end up with an ‘almost new’ home, while still retaining the 1950’s character. The new kitchen and baths are the most noticeable aesthetic changes but a lot of behind the walls changes took place first, with the plumbing, electric and heat and air. For the first time ever, this home has central air conditioning! This house is all concrete, it’s an above ground storm shelter. Solid, solid, solid!
We’ll end up with a new roof, driveway, decks, central heat and air, all cabinetry, tile, oak floors, lighting, landscaping, irrigation system, appliances, paint and complete kitchen and baths. I’ll post some pics this week!
