Independence Mods – Ready!

My Independence Mods project is finished and ready for the 2 new homeowners. I’m very happy with the results and with the interest the project has generated. Throughout the construction I gave tours to the neighbors and passer-by. Being that this is a brand new concept for me to build NEW houses with mid century modern look and feel and in a new area of town, it’s always great to hear the feedback. The response has been so great that I am already looking for lots to build more of them!
