All the new framing is done and the inspections are completed. We're now installing sheetrock and doing the taping and mud work. I will have an almost smooth wall finish when completed

New Siding and Paint
I found the wood siding that was originally on the house and have it up and painted now. Wow, what a difference! New paint makes the house look so much better, it's really coming along now. The neighbors are happy to see the changes and improvements too.
New Glass Windows! Store Front!
This is the most drastic transformation right now! I did a lot of research and much thought went into these windows, after all 30% of the house is made up of floor to ceiling windows. In total there are 29 pieces. These store front windows are energy efficient and really complement the style
Go Gutter…Gone!
Well, I didn't like the gutters on a flat-roofed house so I removed them. I will install a sprinkler system to help keep the soil stabilized and I will seal the brick, once it's power washed, to help shed water. The exterior is already looking so much better with the
