A Better Insulation

When it came time to insulate, I decided to spend a little extra and spray icynene foam.  This method of insulation gives the best noise reduction as well as the highest r-value for our limited space due to the flat roof.  With this process ALL voids and cracks are filled with insulation unlike typical batting.  This, in addition to the 1/2″ of glass on the new windows, has drastically reduced the road noise coming from TC Jester.
